Why am I getting SYNTAX OR CONSTRUCTION ERROR messages for PTFs  RS20290, RS20690, RS21175, RS21433, RS25133, RS45060, RS52541 when trying to receive?

Special PTFs  RS20290, RS20690, RS21175, RS21433, RS25133, RS45060, RS52541 are all PE'd and will not receive. Please remove them from the SMPE receive select statement.
