FileList VARA returns FAULT_OTHER error when sampling files

Issue/Introduction

When using the FileList VARA object in Automic Workload Automation v24.x, scripts may abort with a FAULT_OTHER error if the specified file is unavailable.

This occurs even when the "Return initial values" option is enabled. In previous versions (e.g., v21.x using C-based Agents), the system would typically return "No items available" without causing a script failure, allowing execution to continue.
