An error in AWI is thrown when a user edited the Archive Key on SQL Login Objects

Issue/Introduction

When editing a Login object in AWI, an exception occurs if modifications are made and saved without first viewing the 'Login' tab. Specifically, after saving and closing a newly created Login object, then reopening it and editing/saving fields on the 'General' or 'Documentation' tabs without navigating back to the 'Login' tab, a validation failure and exception occur.

This behavior (related to Login content not being validated/loaded unless the tab is active) appears in v24+ but not v21, which always defaults to the 'Login' tab.
