Issue/Introduction

Based on the JDBC connection error, the maxTotal value was increased from 75 to 100 and then from 100 to 300 
after the NAC UI stopped responding. 

After each restart, the UI respond fine for sometime and then starts hanging. Seems to be due to high loads 
in production env.

Environment

CA Relelase Automation - version 6.6

Resolution

Our dev team reviewed the provided logs then we assumed the problem some how was related 
to the DB upgrade from SQL2016 to SQL2022. According to the following link:

Microsoft JDBC Driver for SQL Server support matrix

The driver used in this nolio 6.6 version is not compatible with the SQL server 2022. We are 
using more modern version in further releases (8.4.1) but this version is not compatible with 
the SQL server 2022 also according to the link.

So, with the assistance of the DBA team updated the compatibility to 130 to behave like SQL 2016
which was enough to solve the issue and nolio worked fine after that.
