Issue/Introduction

An administrator is receiving error "Snapshot task for group 'File Servers' failed with error RPC: (null)" for all the snapshots in the VLCR monitor tab 

Environment

VMware Live Cyber Recovery 7.27.5.0

Resolution

Reboot the VLCR agent VMs.
