install.log - 'nsql' finished with error

Issue/Introduction

The following message is visible in install.log, after an upgrade.

3/25/47 9:98 AM (UnknownElement) Task "nsql" finished with error.

Caused by: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused
    at sun.nio.ch.Net.connect0(Native Method) ~[?:?]

Cause

DWH DB not available.

Resolution

It is required to have the DWH DB provisioned, even if it is not going to be used. The 'Data Warehouse' tab in the NSA / CSA should have the status as 'Available'.
