Below article covers the steps to upgrade ConnectALL from 3.7.x to 3.8.0

Resolution

Steps:

  1. Make sure ConnectALL is functional.
  2. Stop ConnectALL services
  3. Take VM Snapshot of ConnectALL Server.
  4. Take Database backup if the database is not on the same server as ConnectALL install.
  5. Run the installer and follow the onscreen prompts described in TechDoc to complete the upgrade.
  6. Verify all the services are started.
  7. Login to ConnectALL UI and verify if the sync for one of the automation works fine.
