Issue/Introduction

The out of the box dashboards provided from VXRAIL management pack in Aria Operations show no data.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.x

Aria Operations management pack for VXRAIL version 1.2

Cause

Incorrect configuration

Resolution

Clone the respective dashboard in Aria Operations under Manage Dashboards.

Edit the cloned dashboard and check the Output data section and make sure there are no unwanted filters set under Advanced section as shown below.

Clear the filters to get the dashboard working again.
