Not able to un-install or re-install IM on windows server

Issue/Introduction

We check below article as well but there i no "InstallShield Installation Information" folder on server.

Environment

UIM & IM 23.4

Resolution

Follow the below Step:-

== Open Command Prompt as administrator.

== Type sfc /scannow and press Enter. 

== Disable antivirus or Windows Defender and uninstall the IM.
