Usage Meter の管理インターフェイス（VAMI）において、タイムゾーンの編集画面で「保存」ボタンをクリックしても反応がなく、

Cause

これは想定された動作です。 Usage Meter アプライアンスでアクセス可能かつ有効なタイムゾーンは UTC のみとなります。
