Issue/Introduction
After 16.3.2 upgrade, Scheduled/Paused jobs are set to Completed
This only affects environments with DWH Sync enabled
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
STR:
Enable the DWH Sync
Schedule and Pause any job ( for e.g. LDAP sync job, Load DWH job etc)
Update any project instance ( for e.g, update project name )
Expected Results: The Paused jobs should not be touched Actual Results: The Paused jobs are with status Completed so the admin is not able to resume them

Broadcom SaaS:
In Broadcom SaaS Non Prod and Broadcom SaaS Prod this is already addressed on 16.3.2.
Workaround:
Pause the Remove Job Log Entries job for now and contact Support to fix existing jobs with SQL query
Consider disabling DWH Sync before applying the patch 16.3.2.1
