Situation alarm default provided fields missing context

Issue/Introduction

The situation alarm currently provide no context detail. If creating an alert, we need to put some data into the header/subject title field that is "contextual".

Currently we just get an Alarm  with the impacted service and  status, but it does not tell us what this is about. And we cannot manipulate the data that is sent out.

Thus requesting the following enhancements:

Breakdown of Most Impacted Host -> real hostname / agent name / resource and metric
Human Readable Dates for last alarm timestamp + start time
name of the alarm + name of most impacted inventory item + externalId of inventory item.
This would help us to actually create a decent "first page" of the alarm.
