Turning off the "documentation bot" in 24.2.0 and above

Issue/Introduction

In v24.2, the Automic Automation Help (Help) panel was introduced. Some users might prefer the legacy link that forwards the user to docs.automic.com instead. This is not to be confused with the Gen AI integration introduced in v24.4

Resolution

Change the awi.ipce.properties settings, by changing ipce.enabled to false.
