Issue/Introduction

Production forecast job failed with abended message  TRACFC11E  OPS COPY FAILED - CLEAR PROCESSING TERMINATED.  Joblog for the forecast job also shows message TRAC179I DB ERROR: CMD=ADDIT,TBL=OPC,RET CD=94,INT RC=60

Resolution

To address the error with TRACFC11E  perform the following:

1.  Close 162, and do a SEQ=Native backup.
2.  Then run INIT and LOAD (JT has these jobs in the JCL lib).

The steps can be done by running job DBBKSTAT first and then job DBLOAD from the Jobtrac SAMPJCL library.  
In DBBKSTAT add ACCESS STATUS=OFF,DBID=162,USERS=FAIL at the top of the SYSIN (before the COMM CLOSE)

Jobtrac will have to be down for these jobs to run and all user logged out of Jobtrac.
