Just installed V5.1.1 of CA APAS and now when trying to start an APAS request thru CA Insight get a S0C4 abend -- CODE=0C4 REASON CODE=00000004 NAME=UE4INSTM

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms: 

Just installed V5.1.1 of CA APAS Insight and now when trying to start a trace thru the CA Insight component, get a S0C4 abend ---

The request starts okay after the abend occurs:

Cause:

The S0C4 could be the result of an old version of the CA Insight Natural library being used with the V5.1.1 CA APAS APASUEX4 running in the MPM. 

 

Resolution: 

Run the AINATLOD job in the APAS.INSTALL library to load the INSIGHT Natural library to the FUSER file that the users are executing CA Insight from.
