Issue/Introduction

DNSSEC adds integrity to DNS queries by verifying digital signatures. But what steps are required after enabling it in Symantec Messaging Gateway?

Resolution

No additional configuration is needed within SMG after DNSSEC is enabled. The system will automatically begin requesting and validating DNSSEC records.
