Issue/Introduction

Command to stop the servers and the application before the patching on OneClick, SRM DB, Report Manager and CA Business Intelligence (CABI) installation. 

Environment

Release : Any

Resolution

Use the below command to stop or start CABI services:

• Stop

cd <CABI_HOME>
./stopServers.sh

• Start

cd <CABI_HOME>
./startServers.sh

For Oneclick, SRM , Report Manager you can use processd (Spectrum process Daemon) to start or start the service.
