Updating the AuthHub Certificate for Carbon Black When Expiring

Issue/Introduction

The certificate being used in AuthHub for Carbon Black cloud SAML/SSO is about to expire and needs to be replaced

Environment

• Carbon Black Cloud: All Supported Versions
• AuthHub: All Supported Versions

Cause

The certificate in AuthHub is expired or going to expire and needs to be replaced

Resolution

Create a support case for Broadcom Carbon Black and provide the SAML metadata export with the newest certificate alongside the IdP code (An email domain for which the SAML App is configured) example [email protected] (example.com) is the IdP code.
