OPMS Installation failed with Cannot read docker server version

Issue/Introduction

We need to install a new onprem station due to upgrade of OS. There is already one onprem station installed. Both the stations have the same OS and same docker installed but when running an installation on the new machine I get an error

level=error msg="Cannot read docker server version: Error response from daemon: client version 1.47 is too new. Maximum supported API version is 1.44"

Resolution

The installation error is a result of the Docker Composer version, OPMS 25.2.7 requires Docker Compose version 2.30+
