Upload new AD certificates to VMware Aria Operations for Logs

Issue/Introduction

• AD server certificates are expired and need to be renewed. 
• In the certificate section in web GUI, attempting to upload a new certificate results in an invalid format error. 

Environment

Aria Operations for Logs 8.x

Resolution

When AD certificates expire, re-testing the AD configuration will present the new certificate for the AD server.

In the operations for Logs UI, navigate to;

• Configuration
• Authentication
• Edit -> Active directory. (Click three vertical dots)

Hit the 'Test Connection' button, and a pop-up window will appear with the new certificate details.

Select 'Accept' to import the certificate.
