Database health check report at instance level

Issue/Introduction
When running the DB health check report from CABI you are getting the report based on robot level not on instance level.

DX UIM - Any Version
CABI - TopN Database Health Report
Cause
working as designed
Resolution
CABI TopN Reports are always reported on a per-robot basis.
CABI itself will be deprecated as of October 1, 2025. Broadcom recommends finding an alternative reporting method.
