OneClick view does not update if Contents pane is removed

Issue/Introduction

We have recently upgraded to Netops 24.3.7 and I have had an operator report an issue with OneClick behaviour.

If the Contents pane is removed from the OC view then the context of the Component window does not follow whatever is selected in the Navigation pane. 

#1 shows a device selected and Contents and Component panes are in context

#2 shows a 2nd device selected and Contents and Component panes are in context

#3 and 4 show removing the Contents pane

# 5 and 6 show that changing selection in Navigation pane does not change context in Component pane
