Unable to configure Multicast routing in non default NSX Projects

Multicast routing not available in Tenant(s)/Project(s)

Environment

VMware NSX

VMware NSX-T Data Center

Cause

To achieve multicast routing, multicast needs to be enabled on both T0 and T1.
Since the option to enable multicast on T1 gateway in the a non-default Project is not available, multicast routing cannot be configured in this section and multicast streams will not work for the VMs connected to the T1 gateway in the Project.

Resolution

This is an unsupported feature in Project.
Multicast can be configured in the 'Default' section.
