Cost Plus Code: System error in Rules in Effect (Oracle only)

Issue/Introduction

When creating Rules in Effect in a cost plus code you get a system error

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Administration > Finance > Cost Plus Codes
2. Create a Cost Plus Code
3. Under Rules in Effect click on New

Expected Results: To be able to create a rule
Actual Results: You get a System error

Clarity 16.1.3 to Clarity 16.3.2

Resolution

This is is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3
