Environment

Release: 21.x 24.x

Functional Area: Agent Authentication

Cause

This is due to an incorrect company key

Resolution

  1. Review the Company Key being used by the agent.

  2. Ensure that the Company Key is valid and correctly configured.

    • Verify that the key corresponds to the correct environment (e.g., Production, Test).

    • Double-check for any typos, missing characters, or incorrect formatting.

Using an incorrect or expired Company Key can result in authentication failures and prevent the agent from starting successfully.
