Resolution

The SYSVIEW PARMLIB dataset name is: SYSVIEW.R170.CNM4BPRM and the MQSERIES member should be inside. 

In this member, if MQM.V9R1M0.SCSQLOAD doesn't exist, this should be coded: 

API-LOAD-LIBRARY                   NONE

but before doing this, the LIBCACHE entry of the MQSERIES member must be deleted.

So to summarize, here are the recommendations:  

1. Delete the LIBCACHE entry of the MQSERIES member: type the LIBCACHE command and type del  (delete) in front of the MQSERIES member. 
2. Update the MQSERIES member with: 
     API-LOAD-LIBRARY                   NONE
3. Reload the MQSERIES member: type the LIBCACHE command and type rel (reload) in front of the MQSERIES member.
