Issue/Introduction

Amazon Connect is a cloud-based contact center service from AWS that provides customer support to businesses via phone, chat, and tasks. 

 

Some users may need to obtain a granular bill divided by phone number for the Amazon Connect service.

Resolution

Amazon Connect phone numbers are not collected by the CloudHealth CUR. Users can obtained granular billing based on phone numbers by using the following AWS documentation.
