Error when uploading pak file for upgrading Aria Operations to build version 24663027

Issue/Introduction

After uploading the Aria Operations 8.18 Hot Fix 5, it shows the following error: Operation failed. If the error persists, contact VMware Support.

Environment

Aria Operations 8.18.x

Resolution

SSH all the node(s) using root credentials and run the following command:

df -h


If the /storage/db Partition is above 80% on any of the nodes, add disks to nodes by following the steps from the following document: Add Data Disk Space to a VMware Aria Operations vApp Node

Note: When adding disk, you must maintain uniform size across analytics cluster nodes.
