  • Continuous deployment of new Organization KeyProviders on tenants that have enabled the Encryption Management plugin (BYOK)
  • The audit_trail table is growing extremely fast and very big in size in the Cloud Director database. This causing drop connection
  • Cloud Director cells using high CPU causing performance issues
  • If you power off the BYOK VM , the cell CPU usage goes back to normal

Environment

VMware Encryption Management 1.2

Cause

This is caused by adding an high number of entries in the audti_table of Cloud Director database, every time an update call is made from Encryption Management plugin (BYOK).

Resolution

The issue has been fixed on the Encryption Management plugin 1.2.1 available to download.
