Cannot change timezone through VAMI on Usage Meter 9.0

Issue/Introduction

When trying to change Timezone on Usage Meter VAMI page, nothing happens after you click the Save button

Environment

VCF Usage Meter 9.0

Cause

This is expected behavior. The only accessible and valid time zone for UM appliance is UTC. 

Resolution

There is no workaround. This is expected behavior.
