REST API Queries for Alarm, Situation, and Inventory Items information

Issue/Introduction

We we request for the following REST API queries for OI?

1. Query alarm information from OI SaaS using Alarm IDs. If possible, we would prefer the query to be easily customized whenever we want to add/remove attributes from the query. As an example, we are kindly requesting for a REST query for alarms and get the Alarm Date time, alarm title, and alarming device model/s.
2. Query device model information using the device ID/model handle, we would like to ask for a REST query to gather specific information for device models from OI SaaS. Notes, IP address, and Landscape for example.
3. Lastly, we would like a query for the situation title. I noticed from the situation queries before that the information returned do not contain the situation title, which is a really useful info for case creation.
