Modified Date in Projects Documents module: Portuguese and Portuguese(Brazil) locales

Issue/Introduction

The Modified Date in Projects Documents module is wrong using the Portuguese and Portuguese(Brazil) locales

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Open any project in Clarity MUX
2. Go to the Documents module
3. Upload any document if there is none
4. Look at the Modified Date column
5. It states the date as May 20, 2025 
6. Change the user locale to Portuguese and Portuguese(Brazil)
7. Look at the Modified Date column

Expected results: The date should state 20 de mai de 2025
Actual results: The date appears as: D [20e] mai [20e] 2025

Cause

This is caused by DE170777

Resolution

This is fixed in Clarity 16.3.3

Additional Information

While testing this has been identified as a problem using Portuguese and Portuguese(Brazil) locales. Portuguese (Portugal) locale is fine.
