Running a SMF action report for Endevor and there are no records being written for the Validate action.

Issue/Introduction

Cannot seem to capture SMF (System Management Facility) records for a Validate action. The SMF CONRPT42 & CONRPT43 do not show anything and they do not exist on my z/OS system SMF records.

The following actions do NOT generate a SMF record since they do not update anything in Endevor:

Validate, Print, Display, Copy, and List.
