actions in spectrum are not propagating to DX OI

Issue/Introduction

In the spectrum UI, doing acknowledged and unacknowledged. You are finding that these actions in spectrum are not propagating to DX OI. The alarm continue to stay at same status without any update from the spectrum side. The DX OI has been integrated with spectrum using Spectrum Data Publisher. 

Resolution

Add following in configuration file on Spectrum Data Publisher.

<DisableSSLHostnameVerifier>true</DisableSSLHostnameVerifier>
<TrustAllX509Certificates>true</TrustAllX509Certificates>

Few restarts of the SDP seems to resolv the issue.
