Manage Certificates : Third Party Certificate error "net::ERR_CERT_INVALID"

Issue/Introduction

When install/update/replaced : Third Party Certificate : error "net::ERR_CERT_INVALID"

Followed the steps as mentioned in TDM tech document:--> Manage Certificates --> Use a Certificate from a Third-Party Certificate Authority.

TDM Portal 4.10.221.0

Environment

All supported TDM releases.

Cause

Configuration issue of the keystore.

Resolution

The keystore being used needed to have these two steps done:

1 Sub root chain certificate(crt file) imported in the server certificate

2 Additional SAN entry in pfx(keystore) file.
