ConnectAll Automation is not displaying the Orphan Management Scheduler options

Issue/Introduction

1. In one of our automations under the Orphan Management,  the scheduler options (3 month and 1 year)are not displayed.

Let us know the steps to follow for both the scheduler options (3 month and 1 year)  to be displayed

Seen in 3.7.x when using MSSQL Database.

 

Resolution

The workaround for this is to delete all the orphan settings, then toggle the Orphan Strategy "Enable / Disable" switch off / on in the Orphan Strategy page.  The Scheduler options should then be displayed.

Fixed in 3.8.0.
