CAPC Console down after kernel update reboot. Services are running but site is not working

Issue/Introduction

After patching and reboot the portal is not available to login
Error seen in browser:

the webpage at https:hostname:8182/pc/redirector might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED

Environment

DX NetOps : All Supported Versions

Cause

After reboot the firewalld service was running

Resolution

Stop and mask the firewall

 

iptables --flush

systemctl stop  firewalld

systemctl mask firewalld
