ACF99913 ACF2 VIOLATION-24 message while try to capture SYSMDUMP

Issue/Introduction

When attempting to generate SYSMDUMP, an ACF99913-24 error is seen. How can this error be resolved? 

Cause

The user did not have READ access to all the programs/datasets/libraries that would be included in the DUMP. Hence ACF2 suppressed the DUMP and generated the ACF99913-24 error.

Resolution

Grant DUMPAUTH access to the LID that needs to generate the dump.
