Load Data Warehouse failing after including a MVL attribute

Issue/Introduction

There is a new multi-value lookup attribute that is included in the Data Warehouse.  When the LDWH job is run it fails with error - 

CONFLICT DO UPDATE command cannot affect row a second time

Environment

All Supported Releases

Cause

Duplicate values in the lookup

Resolution

Update the lookup so that there will not be duplicates in the view that feeds into the Data Warehouse
