Portlet Exported Files Show Secured Attribute Values

Issue/Introduction

A portlet hides secured values as expected, but the exported files do not.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Add some attributes from the Resource object to a Secure Subpage, and log in with a user that does not have rights for that subpage.
2. Add those attributes to a portlet.
3. Select Options > Configure > Export to [CSV, Excel (Data Only), Excel, PowerPoint].

Expected Results: Secured attributes values are empty in both the portlet and in the exported files.

Actual Results: Secured attributes are empty in the portlet, but visible in the exported files.
