Some fields/syncs not happening unless you do a Forced Sync in ConnectALL

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create a unidirectional automation between two Rally instances/projects to sync any issue type.
2. Select multi project on both sides.
3. Save the changes and run the automation to sync records.
4. Let the automation run on regular basis to update the destination with all the changes made in source.
5. Now go back in time and do the forced sync with all the fields.

 

Actual Results: 
There should not be anything that gets updated in destination but you will see some records being update with values that should have been updated in previous regular runs.

Expected Results: 
Since the automations has been running regularly syncing all the changes, it should not have anything to update with rerun.
