ConnectAll 3.8 upgrade - com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Invalid column name 'action'.

Issue/Introduction

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Attempt upgrade from 3.7.0.3 to 3.8.0 version with MSSQL Database
2. Complete the upgrade.

Actual Results: 
ConnectALL UI has become slow and UI logs complains about missing action column.

Expected Results: 
There should not be any missing column as installation.log does not have any script failure error.
