After successful completion of OLB, CONTACT LOST FOR SECONDARY alarm was triggered for non-existent secondary SS

Issue/Introduction

We recently replaced and built three new secondary SS's. After some issues they are up and running, synchronizing with no issues.

The past 2 nights Spectrum threw the following alarm. These alarms never cleared even though the status screen shows no issues and NO LOSS OF CONTACT COUNT.

Each landscape has proper entries (primary and new secondary hostnames) in the Loaded Landscapes subview of the LocalLascpe type.

• Event message: Contact lost to secondary SpectroSERVER on host <retired_hostname> port 0xbeef at precedence 20 from primary SepctroSERVER <primary_hostname> port 0xbeef.
• Event Type: 0x10c0e

DX NetOps Spectrum: Any version

Resolution

After rebooting all 3 primaries SpectroSERVERs the issue got resolved.
