Segments down and not syncing

Issue/Introduction

Tried to use the gprecoverseg command with the --differential option but it has been running for days.

Resolution

Confirm if gprecoverseg is running on the master host.

ps -ef | grep gprecoverseg

Confirm if rsync is running on any segments.

ps -ef | grep rsync

Confirm from the gprecoverseg logs when and if these processes are idle or moving forward.
