URL Option Missing from Share Dashboard Dialog Box in Aria Operations

Issue/Introduction

• While trying to share a dashboard in VMware Aria Operations, the "URL" option does not appear in the Share Dashboard dialog box. Instead, only the "Groups" option is visible, as shown in the below screenshot provided
  
• This issue arises when attempting to use the share feature from an existing dashboard under the Operations > Dashboards section. The expected behavior is different, as outlined below.
  
• This behavior is observed in an environment running VMware Aria Operations with the Standard Edition license.

Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

The visibility of the "URL" option in the "Share Dashboard" dialog box is determined by the VMware Aria Operations license level. The Standard Edition license has limitations that restrict or disable certain dashboard sharing functionalities

Resolution

To unlock all dashboard features such as the ability to view the URL option in the Share Dashboard dialog box, you need to apply either the Advanced or Enterprise VMware Aria Operations license to your setup
