Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

Reconfiguration failed with "Operation Failed Received SOAP response fault from [<SSL(<io_obj p:0x00007f8e84037070, h:13, <TCP 'IP_Address : 41892'>, <TCP 'IP_Address: 443'>>), /lookupservice/sdk>]: get"

 

Environment

Live Site Recovery 9.x

Resolution

1) Remove com.vmware.vcDr from the vCenter MOB. Please refer to the document to remove the plugin from mob Cannot remove or disable unwanted plugin from VMware vCenter Server

2) Reconfigure SRM appliance. See the reference document to remove replication Reconfiguring the Site Recovery Manager Virtual Appliance
