Issue/Introduction

Unable to launch the application error is seeing accessing iXP via Java Web Start 

Environment

Workload Automation iXP

Cause

Tomcat engine hosting iXP was down

Resolution

Ensure Tomcat engine hosting the iXP webapp is up and running. Restart it if it is not functional, and then retry the iXP client access again.
