Issue/Introduction

We have an attribute which is used in the rule to control access  rights and when trying to copy and paste or drag and drop nothing is happening.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to MUX as Administrator.
2. Navigate to Administration->Blueprints
3. Make a copy of the Resource object blueprint and click on Edit.
4. Go to Rules tab and click on New rule.
5. Create a rule of type "Security Update" and choose manager as your target attribute.
a. If value is changed, then; Grant Rights to New Resource->Resource - Approve Time
b. Revoke Rights from Previous Resource->Resource - Approve Time
6. Save and Publish the rule.
7. Navigate to Resources workspace and add Manager attribute to the grid and at the same time add blueprint attribute as well and changes value for multiple resources blueprint to the one created earlier.
8. Now attempt to copy and paste value from one record for manager attribute to another, as well as drag and drop and notice nothing is happening.

Expected Results: It should allow copy or drag and drop values for the attributes used in the rule.

Actual Results: it is not allowing copy or drag and drop for the attributes used in the rule.
