sampletime in DX UIM DB is wrong / showing in the future

Issue/Introduction

We are seeing some wrong sampletimes in the RN_QOS_DATA_*  tables in the DX UIM DB.

Some of the metrics for some robots are showing sampletime that are wrong and correspond to future dates. 

What could be causing this? 

Environment

DX UM 23.4.*

Cause

Wrong time on the robot generating the metric.

Example Scenario: 

On a server with a robot and CDM probe deployed to monitoring CPU QOS, local system time is few hours or 1 day "in the future". 

The result will be that the QOS data coming from the server where date is wrong, will reflect and will be written in the DB with the "sampletime" from originating robot. 

Resolution

Verify what is the local time on the monitored server is correct.
