Missing colour indicators when the PDF export of IM Group Scorecard Trend report

Issue/Introduction

Colour indicators are missing within PDF report when is exported via the NetOps portal interface within NetOps Performance Management 24.3.6 - 24.3.9 release.

Environment

DX NetOps Performance Management 24.3.6 - 24.3.9 Release

Cause

The root cause is currently under investigation by the Engineering Team.

 

Resolution

Until a permanent fix is available, affected users can resolve the issue by switching to the CA-White theme:

Steps to apply the workaround:

Go to Administration -> Group Settings -> Tenants -> Edit the Tenant -> Change the current theme from CA-Blue to CA-White

Save and refresh the page

This change resolves the UI-related issues temporarily.
